Wedding teardown · Long Island
Vineyard and tented weddings break down outdoors.
The North Fork runs on vineyards, tents and open fields — which means the strike depends on weather, light and ground conditions as much as on the timeline.

How it works here
What teardown in Long Island & the North Fork actually involves.
Tents change the order of operations
Under a tent, everything inside has to be out before the tent company arrives, and they usually come early the next morning. Miss that handoff and the couple pays for an extra tent day. We schedule the strike around the tent crew's arrival, not the other way around.
Outdoor décor does not wait for morning
Florals, linens and paper goods left in a field overnight are damp or gone by sunrise. Anything that has to survive to be returned or donated comes in with us the same night, even when the heavy load-out waits for daylight.
The North Fork is a long, seasonal drive
Summer traffic east can double the trip, and it is a real distance from our Hudson Valley base. We build the drive into the quote up front rather than surprising anyone with a travel line afterwards.

FAQ
Anything we missed, ask it in the quote form — we answer the same day.
- Are you insured?
- Yes. We carry liability coverage and issue a COI naming your venue or vendor as additionally insured on request.
- Does anyone from my team need to stay?
- No. Once we have the inventory list and the run-of-show, we run the strike alone and send photos when the room is clear.
- How late do you stay?
- Until the job is done. We arrive 30 minutes before guest departure; after 11 pm a late-night fee applies.
- Weddings only?
- Weddings are most of our calendar, but we strike corporate events, galas, showers and private parties too.
- What happens to the flowers?
- Your call: back to the studio, to the couple’s home, or donated the next morning to a local hospital or nursing home.
