Wedding teardown · Westchester
Westchester venues want the room back before the staff goes home.
Country clubs and estates here run tight in-house rules and their own staff. We work alongside them, take the load-out off their list, and leave when the room is done.

How it works here
What teardown in Westchester actually involves.
In-house staff, outside vendors, one room
Country clubs and catering halls have their own banquet team breaking down tables while your florals, rentals and décor still need to leave. We coordinate with the venue manager first so two crews are not working against each other in the same space.
COIs are usually required, not optional
Most Westchester clubs will not let a vendor through the service entrance without a certificate of insurance naming them. We send ours ahead of the date so nobody is making phone calls at 11pm.
Short hop to the city and back
Westchester sits between our Hudson Valley base and NYC, so a next-morning rental return or a drop-off in either direction rarely adds a travel line to the quote.

FAQ
Anything we missed, ask it in the quote form — we answer the same day.
- Are you insured?
- Yes. We carry liability coverage and issue a COI naming your venue or vendor as additionally insured on request.
- Does anyone from my team need to stay?
- No. Once we have the inventory list and the run-of-show, we run the strike alone and send photos when the room is clear.
- How late do you stay?
- Until the job is done. We arrive 30 minutes before guest departure; after 11 pm a late-night fee applies.
- Weddings only?
- Weddings are most of our calendar, but we strike corporate events, galas, showers and private parties too.
- What happens to the flowers?
- Your call: back to the studio, to the couple’s home, or donated the next morning to a local hospital or nursing home.
