Wedding teardown · NYC
In the city, the load-out window is the whole job.
Lofts and raw spaces come with freight elevators, building rules and a curb you cannot park at. We plan the exit before we plan anything else.

How it works here
What teardown in New York City actually involves.
Freight elevators close before your party does
Most loft and industrial venues have a building-controlled freight elevator with hours that end well before the last song. If the strike has to happen inside that window, the crew arrives earlier and works while the event is still running — quietly, from the back of house.
There is nowhere to put anything
City venues rarely have a staging room, so décor and rentals cannot simply be piled by the door until morning. Everything usually has to leave with us the same night, which makes an accurate inventory list matter more here than anywhere else.
Loading is a permit and a parking problem
Curb access, loading zones and building COI requirements all have to be arranged in advance. We handle the paperwork with the venue rather than discovering the rules at 11pm with a full van.

FAQ
Anything we missed, ask it in the quote form — we answer the same day.
- Are you insured?
- Yes. We carry liability coverage and issue a COI naming your venue or vendor as additionally insured on request.
- Does anyone from my team need to stay?
- No. Once we have the inventory list and the run-of-show, we run the strike alone and send photos when the room is clear.
- How late do you stay?
- Until the job is done. We arrive 30 minutes before guest departure; after 11 pm a late-night fee applies.
- Weddings only?
- Weddings are most of our calendar, but we strike corporate events, galas, showers and private parties too.
- What happens to the flowers?
- Your call: back to the studio, to the couple’s home, or donated the next morning to a local hospital or nursing home.
