Wedding teardown · Hudson Valley

Hudson Valley weddings end late. We stay until the room is clear.

We are based here. Barn, farm and estate weddings across Dutchess, Ulster, Columbia and Orange counties get a crew on site before the last guest leaves.

How it works here

What teardown in the Hudson Valley actually involves.

Barn venues run on strict load-out windows

Most Hudson Valley barns rent by the day and hand the space to the next couple in the morning. The contract usually gives you until midnight or until noon the next day — rarely both. We read the venue contract before quoting so the strike fits the window you actually have, not the one everyone assumes.

Rentals go back to a handful of regional houses

Tables, chairs, linens and glassware in this region generally come from a short list of Hudson Valley and Westchester rental companies, each with its own count sheets and return windows. We box and count against the inventory list and stage everything where the rental truck expects it.

Farm access is not loading-dock access

Gravel drives, one field entrance and no dock is the norm. A wet week can decide where the van parks. We walk the access route with the venue ahead of the date so the load-out is not the first time anyone thinks about it.

FAQ

Anything we missed, ask it in the quote form — we answer the same day.

Are you insured?
Yes. We carry liability coverage and issue a COI naming your venue or vendor as additionally insured on request.
Does anyone from my team need to stay?
No. Once we have the inventory list and the run-of-show, we run the strike alone and send photos when the room is clear.
How late do you stay?
Until the job is done. We arrive 30 minutes before guest departure; after 11 pm a late-night fee applies.
Weddings only?
Weddings are most of our calendar, but we strike corporate events, galas, showers and private parties too.
What happens to the flowers?
Your call: back to the studio, to the couple’s home, or donated the next morning to a local hospital or nursing home.
