Distance changes what a next-morning strike means
A same-night breakdown here can finish well after midnight with a long drive behind it. Where the venue allows an overnight hold, a next-morning strike is usually cheaper and safer than a crew driving mountain roads at 2am. We will tell you which one your venue permits.
Rental returns are a round trip, not an errand
Most rental inventory comes up from the Hudson Valley or Westchester, so returns mean a real trip back down. We consolidate the return with the strike instead of billing a separate run.
Weather and road access decide the plan
Mountain venues lose access fast in snow or heavy rain, and cell service is unreliable for last-minute changes. We confirm the load-out plan with the venue in advance rather than assuming we can improvise on the night.

Most Hudson Valley weddings land between $300 and $500 for a same-night strike. Ranges depend on volume, venue access and crew size. Planner and florist accounts get standing rates.

Full breakdown of florals, rentals and décor, plus transport to an on-site holding area or the client’s vehicle.
Next morning

Same scope, executed at first light when the venue allows an overnight hold.

FAQ
Anything we missed, ask it in the quote form — we answer the same day.
- Are you insured?
- Yes. We carry liability coverage and issue a COI naming your venue or vendor as additionally insured on request.
- Does anyone from my team need to stay?
- No. Once we have the inventory list and the run-of-show, we run the strike alone and send photos when the room is clear.
- How late do you stay?
- Until the job is done. We arrive 30 minutes before guest departure; after 11 pm a late-night fee applies.
- Weddings only?
- Weddings are most of our calendar, but we strike corporate events, galas, showers and private parties too.
- What happens to the flowers?
- Your call: back to the studio, to the couple’s home, or donated the next morning to a local hospital or nursing home.
