Travel time belongs in the first quote
The drive can change significantly by venue and service time. We include travel with the initial scope so there is no separate surprise after the breakdown.
Ballrooms and estates work differently
A ballroom may have a direct service corridor while an estate may require a longer path to the holding area. We confirm the route before deciding crew size.
Multi-room work is a custom scope
Our standard ranges cover one or two installations at a smaller, single-room wedding. Additional rooms, larger structures and three or more installations are quoted separately.

Choose same-night or next-day service. We take down floral installations, pack vases and candle vessels, and move everything to the venue’s designated holding area.

Wedding floral breakdown pricing
Clear pricing for smaller weddings.
Our standard ranges cover smaller, single-room weddings with one or two floral installations. Large installations, multi-room events and additional service days are quoted separately.
Same night
$450–$600
One or two standard floral installations, plus their vases, candle vessels and containers. Everything is taken down, packed and moved to the designated holding area that night.
Next day
$350–$500
The same scope for one or two standard floral installations, completed the following day when the venue allows an overnight hold.
Large or multi-installation events
Custom quote
For three or more installations, oversized structures or multi-room events. Quoted per installation and service day, based on size, access and crew needed.
Travel fee applies beyond a 50-mile round trip.

What does a floral breakdown include?
Standard service includes taking down one or two floral installations, packing vases, candle vessels and floral containers, and moving everything to a designated on-site holding area. Oversized structures, three or more installations and multi-room events require a custom quote.
Do you handle rentals or general event teardown?
No. Our service is limited to florals and related items such as arches, vases, candle vessels and floral containers. Tables, chairs, linens, catering equipment and other rentals remain with the appropriate vendor.
Does anyone from my team need to stay?
No. Before the breakdown, we confirm the scope, venue access and designated holding area. Our crew handles the work independently and sends completion photos.
Can you come the same night or the next day?
Yes. Same-night breakdowns are coordinated around the venue’s load-out window. Next-day service is available when the venue allows florals to remain overnight.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a COI for your venue upon request.
How is pricing determined?
Standard pricing covers smaller, single-room weddings with one or two floral installations. Larger installations, multi-room events and additional service days receive a custom quote. A travel fee applies beyond a 50-mile round trip.
What happens to the flowers and floral materials?
We follow the instructions provided before the event and move the floral materials to the designated on-site holding area. Off-site transportation is not included in standard pricing.
